Key Responsibilities

Manage crew operations, plan daily tasks, and delegate responsibilities for efficient project execution. Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring a safe work environment for all crew members. Maintain project budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Key Skills

Motivate and inspire crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Full fluency in industry-specific excavation procedures, equipment operation, and safety regulations.

Ability to work as part of a flexible and adaptable team.
